Wow is all I can say.  Today may have been the best day of the year!  What a way to end the season.  I though last week was it, but I saw the forecast and made it out one last time.  I had DRDX and Bad Habits along today for a fun fish.  We sat down in 122 fow and headed on a 290 troll.  Immediately with the first rod it was fish on.  Literally every lure in the water caught fish today.  We sat down at 8:15 Am and were done at 9:45 AM after trowing back 4 more as we reeled in the remaining rods.  We started out with the 10" blue flasher with Seaweed Horsefly at 100 on rigger and that was the only fish we lost.  Bruiser (31) 65 down on a rigger, Blueberry muffin 150 on high diver, Same flasher fly 100 down on rigger, blue green dolphin 100 on high diver, sunfire (69) on 2 color, blue/green dolphin 105 high diver, Mashed mahi as free slider on 100' rigger, Blueberry muffin 165 on low diver, blue green dolphin 148 on high diver, sunfire (69) on 2 color, DOC 50 back on high diver, Sour apple (29) on 18 color, Goldie Hawn on 4 color, Sour apple (29) on 18 color, mashed Mahi free slider on 100' rigger, blueberry glow (19) 200 low diver, tiger roughy (65) with chartuese belly free slider on 65' rigger, DOC 50 back on high diver, and Finally at 9:45 AM blue/green dolphin  130 back on high diver.  The last 4 were released and that was 2 coho,

one king and one good steelie.  Last four came as we were trying to pull rods in.   We kept our 15 fish for 3 guys being 8 kings, 3 steelies and 4 coho for a nice mixed bag.  Water temp was 51 or 52 on top, never really looked that carefully... didnt have time to.  We sat down in 122 on a west troll, turned back NE on a 50 troll at about 145 fow and finished about 130 fow.  The 120's and 130's were full of fish and bait.  Fish had lots of small alewives in them again today. All spoons were Northport Nailers in 300 size.  Some are still prototypes, but most are available.

With the nice day I even managed to get the boat stripped down, winterized and put in the barn for the winter.  It was a Great Season!!!
