May - October Rates: 6 hours or limit catch:   $480

Longer trips available, just ask!

• $100 Deposit due at time of booking.  Transferable or refundable with one week prior notice.
• Additional time is billed at $60 per hour.
• Boat is ideal for 4 anglers, up to six anglers total per boat. (Coast Guard regulation)

Weekend Special:  Pick either a Friday evening and Saturday morning or Saturday evening and Sunday morning combo trip for 4 anglers for just $850!  Fish up to 6 hours in the evening run (or limit catch) and 6 hours in the morning run (or limit catch). 

GRAVEYARD TRIP:  You pick the times.  Fish at night for all you third shifters out there.  Why mess up your schedule, we can fish at night too.  Normal rates apply.

Mid-Lake Reef Trip:  If you are feeling adventurous, this is the trip for you!  This is a 10 hour trip (unless we hit a limit earlier) for 4 anglers to the middle of Lake Michigan.  The reef is located approximately 42 miles offshore from Muskegon, and takes approximately 1.5 hours travel time in good sea conditions.  We will be fishing near the Wisconson border within the lake trout refuge area so lake trout are off limits on this trip.  All other species are fair game.  $1,000.

Little Sable Point Trip: The Little Point area of shoreline is one of the most scenic in all of lake Michigan.  Your trip will include traveling north towards Little Sable Point.  We will stop short and troll along the sand dunes and scenery.  We will end up within view of the light house and continue fishing in the area.  Little point is known for almost always having fish around it. This is an 8 hour trip (or limit).  $850

More than 6 anglers? Regulations dictate only 6 customers per boat.  If you have a group larger than 6, we can arrange multiple boat trips to accomidate your group.  A little notice helps to get things lined up.

Want a fishing vacation?  We can arrange lodging and have the boat at your beckoned call for a full fledged fishing vacation.  Call ahead to check for lodging availability and locations.  Prime resort areas fill up fast!  There are several campgrounds in the Muskegon area and many hotels and motels.

How about an instructional day on the water?  Salmonhead offers 'how to' charters as well.  Learn boat safety, boat handling, instrumentation, fishing equipment, lure selection and presentation.  We can cater your day to your needs.

Pro tournaments not your thing?  We can also fish club tournaments .  Club tournaments, like the Michigan Steelheaders events, are one day affairs with or without pre-fishing.  Ask about possible dates as each chapter has their own events.

April Special:  $380 - Lake Michigan trout and salmon, 6 hours or limit catch!

Muskegon Lake Perch: Early season perch charters on Muskegon Lake.  While the water is cold and the perch are around.  All bait and tackle provided.  5 hours or limit catch (35 per angler).  $250  Perch can be filleted for $1 a piece extra.

Spring Wallleye:  Early spring trips around the pier heads for post spawn walleye. Night time only.  $300 

Which ever charter suites your tastes, all your fish will be cleaned and placed into bags at the end of your trip. (extra fees apply for perch)
