5/31 Salmon fishing in Muskeon

Last minute on Saturday I booked a trip for Sunday morning.  We ran back to the same area as Saturday and picked away at them, going 11 for 15 with a couple really close calls at the back of the boat.  Similar program all day, with oranges and purples going in the top 45 fow.  Seamist took the big king of the day behind an Echip flasher set 160 down on the rigger.  Next biggest honors goes to Mirage horsefly behind a flasher on the 300 copper.  All other fish came on Nailer spoons fairly high in the water.  Orange Ice on gold (41G) took 4 bites, DOC on gold took one, purple passion (91) took one, brusiser (31) took one, Orange edge green edge on gold took 4 or so, Dark Monkey puke (22) took one.  Direction of troll didnt seem to matter nearly as much as location.  I was on and off the fish during the day.  Having several bites in short order then a bit a dry spell for a while.   We also pulled a couple fish off the slicks in the 250-270 range.
