Had fishing league last night with the boys from Outdoorsmen Pro shop. We fished the Lund last night out of Port Sheldon. The graph was insane with marks, bait and temp breaks, yet we only mustered one bite that turned out to be a nice 9# king. Of the 8 boats that fished last night, 10 fish came to the scales only. One boat took the honors with 3 fish and every other boat had one fish. All bites were in the last 20 minutes of fishing, so just around sunset. Local charter fleet did well in the same water in the morning, but the afternoon front that moved through must have shut the fish down. I expect fishing this weekend to be steller as the weather settles down. Reprorts for all up and down the lake were posative yesterday for the first time in a couple weeks. Things look like they are improving the the remainder of the season. Get out there while its hot!
