Family Fun

With high expectations we dropped lines in similar water to Saturday.  The bite was there, but not as fast as the previous day.  We picked away at the fish and finished 11 for 14 for a very respectable day on the water.  The weather again cooperated with calm to 2' seas.  The sun was out making for a beatiful day on the water.  With a family of 6 aboard, everyone got to real in a couple fish making for an exciting trip.

Northport Nailer spoons and Horse Flies did the heavy lifting again.  Sea Mist and Seaweed Horse Flies continue to dominate the back deck when rigged behind Protroll 8" E-chip flashers.  Half the bites came on two flies and the remaining bites came on spoons in Greenberry glow (18), purple passion (91), orange ice (41), and mashed bannana glow (12).  The bag was made up of one steelhead, 4 kings and 6 lake trout.  Fish were either on top or down deep again in the 175-245 fow range.
